By creating an account or using Turtlfy, you expressly agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately as we may suspend or terminate your account for non-compliance.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION

To access Turtlfy's features (video sharing, live streaming, gaming, AI tools), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not impersonate others. We may verify your information and you must promptly notify us of security breaches at legal@turtlfy.com.

2. TURTLFY SERVICE OVERVIEW

Turtlfy provides an online platform for:

• Video sharing and content hosting
• Live streaming services
• Multiplayer gaming environments
• AI-powered content creation and enhancement tools
• Social interaction features

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Turtlfy without parental approval. By agreeing to these Terms:

(a) You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental/guardian consent;

(b) You haven't been previously suspended from Turtlfy;

(c) Your usage complies with all applicable laws. Organizations must authorize representatives to accept these Terms.

4. USER CONTENT & LICENSES

4.1. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of videos, streams, game content, and other materials ("User Content") but grant Turtlfy a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, distribute, and display your content
• Transcode videos for adaptive streaming
• Generate AI-enhanced versions of content
• Promote your content within the platform

4.2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

When using AI features:

• You must disclose AI-assisted creation
• AI outputs may not be used for illegal/deceptive purposes
• Turtlfy may use AI-processed data to improve services

4.3. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

You affirm that your content:

• Doesn't infringe third-party rights
• Complies with all applicable laws
• Contains appropriate age-restriction labels

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT

You may not upload or stream content that:

• Contains illegal material or promotes criminal activity
• Infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Is sexually explicit without proper age-gating
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Violates game fairness (cheats, hacks, exploits)
• Invades privacy without consent (doxxing, unauthorized recording)

5.1. LIVE STREAMING RULES

When live streaming:

• Obtain consent from all visible participants
• Clearly disclose recording/retention practices
• Comply with game publisher streaming policies

6. MULTIPLAYER GAMING

When using Turtlfy's gaming features:

• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities
• No toxic behavior, harassment, or hate speech
• User-created mods must comply with developer EULAs
• Virtual items have no real-world value

7. AI FEATURES USAGE

Our AI tools:

• Process content to generate enhancements/derivatives
• May incorporate third-party AI technologies
• Require disclosure when used for content creation

You can opt-out of personal data processing for AI training in account settings.

8. MONETIZATION & PAYMENTS

For premium features and content:

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Virtual items purchases are final
• Chargebacks may result in account termination

9. COPYRIGHT & DMCA

Report copyright infringement to our agent:

10. PRIVACY & DATA

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Stream metadata is retained for 90 days
• AI processing data is anonymized after 30 days
• No targeted advertising for users under 18
• Parental controls available for users under 16 years

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal or harmful content
• Platform security threats
• Repeat copyright infringement

Upon termination: (a) Access is immediately revoked, (b) Outstanding payments are forfeited, (c) Content may be removed after 15 days.

12. DISCLAIMERS

TURTLFY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM:

• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Availability of streaming/gaming services
• Third-party content reliability
• Fitness for particular purposes

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Turtlfy shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• User content accuracy or legality
• AI-generated content outcomes
• Gaming losses or virtual item values
• Consequential damages from service use

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 6 months.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
